Hi! Amy Brekke here. I am the owner of For the Love of Art, LLC. Your Charleston paint party mobile studio.
I am currently looking to add another partnership venue to my monthly event calendar for paint & sips. I have Friday and Saturday times available and some Wednesday/Thursdays options too. I would love to be in the West Ashley area of Charleston because it would be most convenient and keep in mind that I won’t be able to do more than a 15 mi radius from this area either.
This is a great way to offer something fun and creative to your current and new customers in addition to making purchases off of your regular drink and food menus while they engage in a step-by-step fun and doable painting event.
The ideal place would have a space big enough to seat 15-25 people comfortably and have decent sized tables with chairs. It would have hard floors (no carpet) and be on the main floor, for ease of set up, or have an elevator. Also, lighting should be adequate for people to paint. Ideally, we’d like to have free parking to offer your guests, but it’s not mandatory.
How it works:
We figure out a time/day that works best for you either monthly or quarterly.
I advertise the event for booking on my website, social media and 3rd party event advertising sites which in turn promotes your business as well. (Free of charge to you of course).
People would book their reservations on my website and I take care of all the bookings, the questions, the reschedules and cancellations if any.
On the day of, I will come 1 hour ahead of time to set everything up and check everyone in via an app on my phone.
I will teach everyone step-by-step how to recreate the painting of the month for them to take home the same night. People love being an artist for the night even if they’ve never done it before!
Before, during and after, I will make sure to promote your venue and any menu of options or offerings to customers that they can indulge in.
We’re done in 2 hours or less and then clean up is a breeze. We return everything back the way we found it. Easy peasy!
