Mobile Party Agreement

For the Love of Art, LLC. will bring all supplies needed to conduct the paint & sip event at your venue as agreed, on the day/time agreed upon. The request on this form does not guarantee any specific date/time yet. We will confirm that via a seperate email.
We will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to set up in the area and on tables you have designated and prepared for the event.
We will be solely responsible for only our property that we bring to conduct the event. We will be using your designated tables/chairs/table coverings, access to bathrooms/water and space that you provide us for the duration of the event. Occasionally paint does spill on surrounding areas and we will do our best to wipe up any spills. We are not responsible for the behavior of your customers and whatever policies you have in place for your establishment will be enforced and referred to for these customers. We are not ultimately responsible for any property damage done by customers in your venue during the event.
For the Love of Art, LLC. will handle all of the payments exclusively for this and all painting events and any refunds or cancellations. All food and drink orders during the event will be handled by your staff. Customers will only book through our website for these events to be added to a roster that we will manage. All paint event attendees must be preregistered. We will update you several hours prior to the event on the expected attendance or any cancellations for your convenience.
Any questions regarding the actual painting event itself should be directed toward us and we will direct all customers with questions specific to your venue to you.
