What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive 15 min before the scheduled class time so that you can check in, find your seats and get situated. We will start promptly. If you are late we will do our best to catch you up but that can be difficult if the class is full.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes! You are always welcome to call and see if we have any spots left to fit you in but we recommend making a reservation so that we can make sure to have a seat and supplies prepared for you. For Pet Portraits reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance so we have your canvas prepared for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call and give us at least a 24 hour notice for your cancellation. We will then give you a 60 day class credit to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate others who may be waiting for a spot. If you do not call 24+ hours in advance you will not be given any credit. No shows will not receive credit.

For Private Party reservations, Summer Camps, and Pet Portraits, please give us at least 7 days notice of any changes or cancellations due to the extensive preparations it takes us to prepare for this event. We can then discus refunds/credits and rescheduling prior to 7 days. Thank you.

All classes have a 5 person minimum requirement. If the class does not meet that requirement we will offer you a 60 day class credit or rebook you to a date of your choice. Thank you for your understanding.

Can we bring food?

Yes! Appetizer type food and snacks are welcome.

Can we bring our own

We are a BYOB studio. We do not sell any alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own beverages (we have cups and bottle openers if you need them). There is NO hard liquor allowed in the studio and if you come with it, we will kindly ask you to bring it out to your vehicle or if you refuse, you will be asked to leave without getting any refunds or credits. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is a strict policy since we do not operate with a liquor license. We ask that you please drink responsibly for everyone’s safety. Thanks!

What do I wear?

Aprons are provided, but please wear something you would feel comfortable painting in. When the acrylic paint dries, it does not come out of clothing very well.

Do I need experience?

We have created the experience for people without any painting experience! Your painting will be completed in the allotted time.

Can I bring my child?

The weekend evening social art classes are geared toward adults. We would suggest 16+. However we will leave it up to your discretion. Also, please note that there will most likely be adults drinking alcohol during any of our public classes (minus specific kids classes).

Please check out our Da Vinci Kid’s class/party options, Mommy & Me events, Painting & Coffee classes & 10am Saturday classes that would be kid friendly.
